Planning starts with finding out what infomation people need, and deciding how to meet their infomration needs. It includes developoing clear aims for the resource centre, and deciding what activities to carry out to meeet these aims. Planning also includes deciding how to evaluate the resource centre, to see how far it is meeting its aims.
